The two that I know are Namibia and Bermuda.
Cricket is big in Namibia (due to the influence of South Africa) and I have spoken to an ex player of Bermuda who played in the 2007 World Cup who told me about the "Cup match" and how big the sport is in the country.
It's a pity that the ICC does not give these nations more games. They should easily let Namibia play in some of the warm-up games when teams tour SA and easily do the same for Bermuda when teams tour the West Indies.
Are there any other countries that we don't actually hear about in the cricket circles where the sport is actually big?
