According to TOI, BCCI is looking:
1) To start the IPL one week earlier - on September 19th. 2) Might play a 3 match series vs South Africa in UAE. 3) Start the matches at 7.30 pm IST.
Governing council meeting of IPL will be happening on July 24th.
