A Template for the Post-Match Threads

Since we are going to have post-match threads everyday for the next 7 weeks, I thought that it would be a good idea to make a template to prevent low effort posts that just say "A won by x runs". These posts are useless for anyone who did not follow the game. So here's a template that I think would be easy to copy and modify. If anyone can make a HTML page like this (used by the peeps in r/running for making race reports), that would be useful. If not, the mods could just add something like this in the sidebar.
