Misbah Ul Haq has been an awful coach

Let me start off by saying I’m a massive Misbahstan and foolishly thought he’d make our team legit good. However similar to football we have seen that good players may not always make good coaches especially if they are inexperienced in coaching. Misbah is the epitome of “You either die a hero or live long enough to see yourself become the villain.”

Let’s take a look at Misbah’s stats as coach so far: - Tests: 2 Wins, 5 Losses, 3 Draws (All 3 were rainouts) - ODI’s: 4 Wins, 1 Loss (We’ve only played Zimbabwe and Sri Lanka at home) - T20’s: 7 Wins, 8 Losses - PSL: 3 Wins, 6 Losses

As we can see he has a losing record in 2/3 formats. Misbah also has a losing record for Islamabad United who prior to Misbah had won 2/4 PSL titles and always finished in the play offs.

Misbah’s appointment as national coach is also suspect as he didn’t have the adequate coaching credentials. He was also part of the committee that reviewed Mickey Arthur and he eventually went onto become national coach which should be a huge conflict of interest.

PCB get your shit together.
