I purchased a monthly subscription to Willow and no longer use it. I tried to cancel my subscription, but there was no option on their website.
I have now emailed them multiple times: the first time, instead of listening to my request and cancelling the subscription, they sent me a list of upcoming series and asking why I wanted to cancel. I responded by telling them I was no longer interested in cricket and wanted to end the subscription. I got no response and then sent a follow-up. I haven't received a response on that either, and the billing date is coming up. I really need to save every dollar I can, so being billed an extra month for no reason is really shitty from them.
Has anyone else had a similar experience? Any recommendations on what I should do?
