Hear me out.
There have been only a few games in the IPL so far, but all the celebrations of wickets, catches etc are so aggressive in a way. Vijay Shankar after clean bowling Paddikal(may be spelling it wrong); Shreyas Iyer literally all the time; prithvi Shaw after taking a catch(can't remember who's); Rishabh Pant in the field.
It may just be me but this year the stern/serious celebrations are way more common so far.
Also while I'm making this post I'll talk about my problem with covid related rules for IPL. I see a bunch of VIPs are allowed into the stadium. Some are organising officials whilst some are owners(Preity Zinta). Almost none of them wear a mask properly whilst sitting in relatively close proximity (even if it is a socially distant by 6 feet). Idk if these VIPs are part of the bubble but maybe as famous people/people coming on TV they should be wearing their mask to show the general public watching on TV the way to go? In football, most assistant coaches, assistant referees and media people are forced to wear masks, and even though they're all in a bubble and a lot safer then the general public, the reason they wear it is to also show the public. Why can't IPL people do that too? Is it just showing that if you're rich and important you can go watch IPL games and be without masks around other people?
