Strength & Weight training program for bowling?

With gyms finally being open in Melbourne, I am keen to head back. We also have our season starting soon and really want to get myself back to where I was around March.

Anyone here can point me in the direction of resources for cricket weight training? I vaguely remember someone about a month ago who was offering cricket related advice after he had retired from the game at a high level.
