As much as it makes sense to create a controversy, the hatchet is buried. The Australian coach didn't like the sub, ref told him he had to no option to accept it and grumblingly he did.
The Australian captain had every opportunity to criticize it, and decided not to.
The fans/media alike expected more sparks to fire between Australia and India, but it's been tame in the LOIs. Maybe it's the IPL, maybe it's the fact that T20s as a format is dumb and the least important imo, or maybe it's the calm before the storm in the tests, the fact remains - Indian and Australian players aren't at each other's throat, and there's no controversy.
We have 2 more fun T20s coming up, before the serious stuff begins. We have 2 fantastic tour games too with an A squad that can really get competitive.
This whole thing about the sub is reeking more and more of making a mountain of a mole hill.
