Hi guys, I was gonna have a summer job coaching cricket but the season's canceled bc of corona. Now, the academy is making coaches quit and reapply to be a coach for next season or take a pay cut ($20 --> $15/hr) and coach virtually.
I'm not too sure how to coach virtually through a zoom meeting or something does anyone have any suggestions? Thank you.
